The 12 week challenge has been fantastic for my confidence and especially for realising what I CAN do, seeing it on paper & looking at food and having a plan has made a huge difference!!! My favourite parts would be the group pt sessions, the Food and Fitness Bible, the weighing and measuring EVERYTHING
I think it's fantastic value for money, we have a lot of exercise programs come through work that are more expensive for shorter times & I think it’s not something you can do well in 3-6 weeks & make sure it sticks. The 12 Week Challenge is a lot more detailed & helps you stay focused & gives you a plan to manage yourself so you are primarily responsible for the results. Di & Lanai are fantastic & really help to stay on track. I have recommended it to my friends all the time til it’s a little bit annoying am sure but cant rate you guys highly enough!!!! I would pay whatever it costs because it is totally worth it!!!!!
The 12 week challenge is the only think that has ever kept me in a gym- keep up the amazing work!! Favourite parts are actually feeling part of the body aching the next day and smiling because I worked so hard.
