A Testimonial from Rachel

I love JUMP PT! I still can’t believe the fitness level and weight loss I have achieved, thanks to their training, support and encouragement. Last October I joined the initial 12 Week Challenge as I was climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge at Christmas and was worried I wouldn’t be able to do it. I had never been into a gym before, so I was extremely nervous. I didn’t even know what to wear. But from my initial weigh, through all the group PT sessions the JUMP PT team were very supportive, positive and encouraging. (And continue to be!). At the same time they have really challenged me to continue to work hard and given me reality checks when needed.

During the second challenge I decided to try a few sessions one on one PT. Again my trainer has been awesome, challenging me whilst encouraging me. And I have loved it so much that I continue to do both group and one on one personal training.

The JUMP team were also very supportive when I decided to join PYCSAM, assuring me I could work out in the “real gym” and do any class. Now I am amazed that I really enjoy going to 6am sessions at PYCSAM or JUMP PT most mornings. I also have a “gym buddy”, a friend I made in the group PT sessions. I have so much energy now and am busy planning more active holidays and enjoying activities like hiking. I am also learning to deal with receiving heaps of compliments from my friends, family , students and colleagues about my weight loss and new body shape. I can’t thank the JUMP PT team enough for how they have encouraged me. I look forward to continuing to work with them.
