A Testimonial from Kell

I used to play netball twice a week plus training and umpiring. I also play tennis and do some fitness tennis workouts, but due to a bad ankle injury I sustained playing netball, I was no longer allowed to play and had to find another form of exercise. I must admit I am not a "gym" type person and don't enjoy them so when I noticed that JUMP was doing a running group, I thought it was a great opportunity for something new and a challenge. I completed the running group in 2010 and am now on Round 3, (week 10) of a 12 week challenge.

As a busy mum/housewife, I have struggled with my weight but after joining JUMP and their group personal training workouts, I've managed to lose weight, maintain my weight and most of all get fit and healthy! The group personal training workouts are hard, challenging and brilliant! I love the difference in the workouts and doing the workouts as a group makes them interesting, fun and I get to make new friends! I have found the JUMP team to be wonderful. They are understanding, patient and are excellent at their jobs. They are very approachable, supportive and continue to motivate me and keep me going back again and again. I will continue to stay with JUMP for as long as possible and would highly recommend them to anyone.
