What can I expect from my experience with JUMP?

Jump aims to help you achieve your goals, assisting you in setting them and making them achievable. 

Do I need to be fit to start?

Simple answer is NO, all levels of fitness can train with JUMP either in Challenges or Personal Training.  It is all about getting started and if you don't start you won't reach those goals.

What should I bring to a session?

A towel, a drink bottle, comfortable clothing and a positive attitude.

Are your trainers qualified?

All trainers at JUMP have Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness and some have further qualifications.  We pride ourselves in offering the upmost professional and safe training possible.

How can I pay for sessions?

We have facilities for cash, cheque, eftpos and direct deposit. However there is a surcharge applicable to all eftpos transactions.
