Jump Fitness and Personal Training was established in 2006, with one thing in mind, ‘To share a high level of dedication to fitness, and a passion for sport specific training with others, and inspire them to achieve their own individual goals’. In July 2010 it changed ownership, and the new owners Dianna Warren (Cert. 4 Fitness: Personal Trainer, Outdoor Group Trainer) and Lanai Morrison (Cert. 4 Fitness: Personal Trainer) together with their team, will continue to help you achieve your fitness goals; whether they be to gain fitness, strength, tone, lose weight or to lead a more healthy lifestyle’.
What initially started as a small, personal training business, rapidly expanded into a much larger personal training, strength and conditioning business; specializing in 1:1 friendly and professional Personal Training; both indoors and outdoors, Strength and Conditioning Coaching, Group Fitness Sessions, Competition Preparation, full fitness sessions or programs for school groups/sports teams, and Sports-Specific training programs.
‘Jump’ is now an exceptionally busy business, as its friendly, professional and personal training style has been readily welcomed in personal training circles, with Jump rapidly earning a reputation as thorough, dedicated and insightful trainers, inspiring all clients to strive to attain their goals and continue to challenge themselves to realise outstanding results for themselves.
