Our 12 Week Challenge has been designed to provide you with a 'Healthy Lifestyle Kit'. Provided in this Kit are the tools you will need to achieve a perfect balance of Healthy Mind, Healthy Body 

We believe you need an ‘I DO’ attitude.

The challenge offers you:

  • 2 Group Personal Training sessions per week,
  • a Food and Fitness Bible,
  • Nutrition support and Advice
  • Before and After Photos
  • A Weekly consultation with a qualified Personal Trainer, this consult includes a weigh and  measure (to keep you on track) group nutritional and healthy mind discussions and ongoing support and accountability.
  • Detailed results report

The 12 Week Challenge is aimed at helping all levels of fitness and ability. It is a friendly environment that offers all participants a comfortable place to work out.
